Returns

Should you wish to return your toy/s please notify me by email or post within 7 working days (Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays) of receipt, starting from the day after you received your order.  I will then refund the full purchase price unless you advise me that you would like to exchange the SOCKIE you purchased for another one.  You are required to return the goods after you cancel in an unused condition and at your own cost, within 14 days of giving notice of cancellation.
