By placing an order, you are accepting the below terms:


All products are offered subject to availability.  In the event that any item ordered cannot be delivered within the time scale advertised, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you should there be any reason why we cannot supply your order, or a suitable alternative of equal or higher value.

Cancelling your order

Order cancellations can only be accepted prior to your order being shipped.  As we endeavour to do so within 48 working hours, we advise you to notify us by email as soon as possible after placing your order.  Please do not assume your order has been cancelled without having written confirmation from us, (a copy of this email is required in the event of any dispute).

Delivery and Returns

Our priority is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  UK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days of being shipped.  However, we advise you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery to account for any delays outside our direct control.  Delivery costs will be shown at the checkout before you confirm payment.  If you have any concerns about your delivery, please email quoting your name, delivery address and post code.


In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act in the UK, we allow you up to 30 days from delivery to return any item to us that you decide not to keep or unsuitable for your requirements.

Goods must be returned as new, with all original parts and packing.  You will be refunded the cost of your goods within 30 days of your goods being received back.  Please be advised that the cost of the return postage will be met by the customer.

In the event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement.
